Superbly equipped room, spa bath/shower, excellent Continental Breakfast, good local tips, Royal Albatross Centre, Emersons' Brewery.
Nothing not to like.

Stayed at a charming B&B with stunning garden views. Loved waking up to the sound of free range chickens, ducks, and even a peacock. The continental breakfast was decent, but nothing beats juice in a shot glass and cheap toast.
Oh, how I adored navigating a treacherous, South American Death Road to reach the accommodation. Not to mention the lovely touch of unkept buildings, bugs in the room, and shower roulette.

We had a fantastic stay at Leithview B And B. The room was beautifully equipped with a spa bath and shower. The Continental Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed dining with other guests. The hosts, Peter and his wife, were extremely helpful and provided us with great local tips. We especially loved the Royal Albatross Centre and the Glow Worm walk they recommended. The location was also ideal, just a short drive from the city center. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Dunedin.

I had a great stay at this B&B. The location was really convenient, only a short distance from the city centre. The breakfast provided was exceptional, with fresh eggs from the hen house. The staff was very welcoming, informative, and personal. The hotel itself was very clean and had great facilities, such as a private wooden patio that was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.
Nothing to be said.

Found a charming and rustic getaway with the perfect amount of seclusion and privacy. the picturesque surrounding was beautiful to take in. the hosts were warm and hospitable. You'll be in the lap of nature with birds and animals for company. Great countryside spot that is ideal for truly getting away from it all! the breakfast was delicious with freshly made products like jams and bread.
Accessing the property requires navigating a steep winding road, which could be a bit challenging for some. the absence of air conditioning made the rooms too hot during the day.

This hotel provided a peaceful green background, perfect for those seeking tranquility. The location was rural but very close to the city, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided a great start to each day with delicious food and friendly family members to chat to while we ate.
One minor downside was the lack of a mini fridge in the room, but there was a shared fridge which guests could use in the entryway.

We had a fantastic time at a bed and breakfast very close to the city centre. the rooms were equipped with superb amenities like a spa bath and shower. the hosts were extremely helpful, giving us great tips on local activities such as the Royal Albatross Centre and the Glow Worm walk. the Continental Breakfast was excellent and the other guests made for a great start to each day.
A shame that we didn't get to meet the hosts' dog and it seemed less pet friendly.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the adorable animals that roamed the gorgeous native gardens. It felt like being in a real-life version of the movie "Dr. Dolittle", surrounded by free-range chickens, ducks, sheep, miniature horses, and even a peacock! It was such a delightful and unique experience.
Movement sensor light in bathroom.

The access road was not well-maintained and difficult to navigate, which was a major inconvenience. The lack of amenities such as a fridge and air conditioning made our stay less comfortable.
